AI is smart enough already.
We make it good to use.

Good to use starts with people.

First we work out what people want and the easiest way to get there. Then we decide what the AI should do.

People decide what they want and whether it’s good. The AI does the rest, quietly and well.

What we care about most is the moment someone using it thinks, “Oh, so that’s possible.”

Two things in the making.

Mochi

A cat that lives in your Feishu group and reads your GitHub.

Someone asks, “Is this live yet?” It goes through the repo and comes back citing its sources. When the group settles something, give a nod and it files an Issue with an owner. At the agreed time, it reports back to the group.

Runs on your Mac, with your own ChatGPT.

Galta

A canvas that opens beside the page you’re on.

See something you like, drag it in. Want something changed, circle it and write a line. It works from the whole canvas and the page beside it, and makes images, video and sound.

Generation runs on your own account. Your key is stored only on your Mac.

Getting it and laughing out loud were never far apart.

Tenerife, a little over a century ago. A chimpanzee named Sultan wanted the bananas outside his cage, and neither of his two bamboo sticks was long enough. He fiddled with them for a while, then slid the thin one into the thick one. Long enough. Same two sticks, only joined. Psychology calls that moment aha.

We make software so it happens a little more often.
